Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Mrs. Karla Ruíz Design. Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand just for you, our production and shipping timelines differ from traditional stores. Please review our shipping policy details below:


Fulfillment & Production Times

Before your order ships, it must be created and printed.

  • Standard Production Time: 2–5 business days.

  • Production times may increase slightly during peak holiday seasons.

  • You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment facility.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the specific fulfillment center handling your custom product.

  • United States: 3–6 business days after fulfillment.

  • International Shipping: 5–20 business days after fulfillment (depending on the destination country and customs processing times).

Note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Carrier Time.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments outside of the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom fees once the package reaches your country.

  • These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Mrs. Karla Ruíz Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.

  2. Contact your local post office or the carrier listed on your tracking link immediately.

  3. If a package is genuinely lost in transit by the carrier, claims must be submitted to us at orrioon360@gmail.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can arrange a replacement.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment center because of an incomplete address, an incorrect address, or because it went unclaimed at your local post office, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs to mail it out a second time.
