Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mrs. Karla Ruíz Design. Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you, we do not maintain physical inventory. Therefore, our return and refund guidelines differ from traditional retail stores:

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at orrioon360@gmail.com.

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear, high-quality photos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund to be processed at no additional cost to you.

Size and Color Exchanges

Since every item is uniquely printed to order, we cannot offer standard exchanges or refunds if you accidentally select the wrong size or color. Please make sure to carefully review the specific sizing charts provided on our product pages before completing your purchase.

Lost in Transit

For packages that go missing during delivery, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement for confirmed lost items.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is returned to our fulfillment facility because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout, or because the package went unclaimed at your local post office, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item once a corrected address is confirmed.

Refunds

If a refund is approved for a defective or damaged item, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction to your account.
